1. Scope

These terms apply to all quotes, agreements and deliveries by CaptureTech Belgium BV unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Quotes and prices

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices exclude VAT and, unless stated, installation and transport.

3. Delivery and warranty

Hardware ships with the manufacturer's warranty; service and support terms are in the service description of Protect, Perform or Cyber Shield.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the delivery concerned.

5. Governing law

Belgian law; the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction.
